I was let down by another property in the middle of the night, past 12AM in a city and majority of other facilities refused to take us because "You cannot make a booking in the past", quite a ridiculous refusal reason. This hotel was so kind and accepted us straight away, I was amazed and even called them just to confirm that I understood things right. The gentleman at the reception organized everything and we have had our rest before quite a busy day and a long travel back home. It is not a 5* hotel but if you want a decent place to stay over a night or 2 worth the money and with a healthy attitude this is your place to go.

Mihaela and Alex were engaging and polite hosts. They responded to our requests quickly and made our stay very comfortable. We also enjoyed the beverages they had available as well as some stimulating conversations with both of them.

Quieter than I expected considering the location, and a lot cleaner than I expected considering my previous experience with hotels from the same 3-star category.
